We loved the quiet garden and the privacy this place offers. The whole house and its grounds were impeccably clean and well cared for, and the breakfast had lots of choice, especially Marta's pastries. Marta and Ikar were wonderful hosts who made our couple of days at Casa do Cabeço feel perfect. We also had a delicious dinner cooked by Ikar, which was a great experience. Casa do Cabeço is a unique place.

Martha & Iker made us feel so welcome and were always ready to help. The included breakfast was wonderfully varied and amazingly delicious, with local sauces, honey, yogurt, meats, cheeses, fresh bread, perfectly cooked eggs, and coffee or tea. Thanks for such a memorable stay in your lovely home. Come visit us in San Diego, CA anytime!

The owners were so friendly, and the place was spotless with a wonderful view. Marta and, Iker went out of their way when we asked for everything to be VEGAN, even though they hadn't done that before. They made us a tasty three-course vegan dinner and vegan breakfast too.

We came across this place by chance on our road trip to Porto, and staying here turned out to be a great choice. The region is beautiful, the house is stunning, and Marta and Iker are such warm, lovely people. The renovated house and dreamlike garden were a treat, and breakfast, made with care from local ingredients, was great. They also offer a three-course dinner prepared from scratch by Iker, who worked as a chef before opening this B&B. We arrived too late to try it, but strongly recommend booking that memorable experience. We hope to return someday!

It felt like visiting old friends in a family atmosphere. The historic house has been renovated beautifully, and the price was moderate. A perfect stay, and the breakfast was delicious.
