The rooms were spotless and well equipped, a comfortable place to come back to after exploring. We also felt at home as soon as João and his son welcomed us. They made the stay feel personal, and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. I'd happily recommend it.

The buffet breakfast had a good range, and our room worked well for the stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower was excellent. Since we were travelling with dogs, we had to pay extra for a room upgrade, then another €30 for the pet. That's a lot compared with the usual free stay or a small €5 to €10 fee.

It was lovely and quiet, with a great view from the spacious, comfortable rooms. The hotel is a bit far from the town centre and any supermarket, though. The staff were so friendly and made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. I loved the place and would gladly come back.

The cats were the best guests there, keeping their distance while wandering around and entertaining us. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed everything from the rooms to breakfast with a view. The pool looked magnificent, so I'll definitely swim next time. We'd like to return and try the massages and private guest houses too. :)

The breakfast really stood out compared with other hotels in Torres Novas. I had a very nice stay at Aires da Serra, and the staff were super friendly and always around if needed.
