We found it a lovely place to slow down. The old house is beautiful, breakfast was good, and the couple were really friendly. Nice for walks or simply resting, with a pool to use in summer.

The hosts were so kind, and breakfast was generous, with fruit from the farm and delicious homemade cakes and sweets. There’s also a games room and a pool for the adults, plus use of the kitchen, which is a big help if you have a baby. It’s a peaceful base for enjoying nature and exploring the lovely surroundings. The location is a little isolated, but that’s part of the Trás-os-Montes experience, and the village has all the traditional character.

We loved the homemade cakes at breakfast, which was very good and had plenty to choose from. Dona Emília was so friendly and helpful. A really pleasant, family-like atmosphere. I’d happily come back!

The owners were so welcoming, and the kitchen had excellent regional products. It’s a peaceful place with good facilities, ideal for relaxing and being close to nature.
