The complaints have no basis. The rooms have private bathrooms and showers, a TV, and they're very clean. The service is really friendly. The downside is being right beside the road, so the noise starts early.

It's a clean, comfortable place, fine for getting some rest. The room is a little small and somewhat dated.

The room smelled bad, and the TV is just in the way since it doesn't work. The welcome was poor, and the people handling it didn't seem trained for the job. The shower was badly deteriorated, and there wasn't anywhere to wait at reception.
