8/10
Cleanliness was the strongest point, at 10/10, and the hotel scored 8.7/10 overall. Service was 9/10, breakfast 9/10, location 8/10, room and facilities 8/10, and value for money 8/10, with a March price of 95€. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with plenty of space, a large window front, and a quiet feel. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and well maintained. The restaurant food was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There were vegetarian and vegan options. Breakfast was very good too, with allergen labels and some hot vegan choices, though more vegan sweet pastries would be welcome. The dining room had no background music, so other guests' noise, like loud social media on phones, stood out more. Staff didn't say anything about it. The spa is part of a general fitness studio, so both the sauna and pool area were pretty noisy and didn't feel relaxing. For me, they weren't worth the extra cost. The hotel is a little outside town, but handy if you're driving, with free parking right in front. There's paid underground parking too if the outdoor spaces are full.

We had a lovely five-night family holiday here. The staff were friendly and very helpful, even arranging our airport transfer before we arrived. Our room was spacious and clean, and the outdoor pool was a great bonus with a lovely area to relax around. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and plenty of food. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into town, where there are nice restaurants along the waterfront. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spotless and the service was really nice. I've stayed here twice, and it's still my first choice when I visit Viana.

A modern hotel with first class service. The friendly reception team dealt with a problem and got it sorted. Such a pleasant stay, this is how a hotel should be. Big thanks!

The room was so nice, and I was pretty surprised to get a free upgrade. The staff were really kind too. The outdoor pool was clean, and you can enjoy Dinka there at a fair price. I'd recommend this place.
