They’re slow to reply and only seem interested just before you arrive. Once there, nobody checks in to welcome you. It feels like tenants are just numbers and credit cards.

We stayed in the T2 at Cabedelo, and while the photos have already been posted by others, our experience was different in some ways. The location was pleasant, the prices reasonable, and the amenities that actually existed worked. The accommodation itself was generally nice, and customer support was slow but answered everything. There were several mismatches in the advertising: it said streaming service, a dishwasher, and personal hygiene products were included, but none were provided. Other missing things weren’t really important. Cleanliness was questionable at best: the microwave, dishes, and kitchen equipment were dirty, and there was a very unpleasant smell when we arrived. Cleaning supplies were limited and unsuitable for use. The toilet flush was loose, and the sofa bed mattress was dirty. I’d recommend the accommodation, but keep your expectations modest.

Catarina was a great manager, and the service was excellent. The place had everything we needed and was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I was there with a group of friends, though it would work just as well for a family. I’d definitely recommend it and come back.
