The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a pool, and a view that's hard to beat. It's a very nice place, with either 3 or 6 rooms. A washing machine is the one thing it needs; with one, I'd have given it five stars.

We stayed last week in T2 Casa da Pedra at Quinta da Veiga, and the whole setting was simply wonderful. The abundant greenery kept things refreshingly cool, and we loved the pool, the fish pond, the views of Parque Nacional da Peneda Geres, the river and the Caniçada dam, and the complete peace and quiet. There was everything for a restful stay, including the stone table and a barbecue built into a huge boulder, which is a work of art. This really is a paradise. We'll come back and recommend it. The owner, Sr. Antonio, gave us special attention and, despite his age, was always ready to explain things and help. Thank you for the stay. Sara Antunes and family.

We first stayed at the farm in 2006 and decided to return this year. It's still a wonderful place, with a beautiful view. Sr. António is lovely, always available and happy to help. If you want a few restful days, this is the ideal spot.

We stayed in the little stone house, with a lovely view over the rio caldo and access to the pool. The scenery is beautiful, just right for getting away from the everyday rush and relaxing with family. Sr. António welcomed us so warmly and kept checking that everything was okay and whether we needed anything. I definitely recommend the place and will be back. Sr. António is so friendly and helpful, and made sure we had everything needed for a few wonderful, restful days. The pool and the view are lovely, and all the houses have the amenities you need.
