We spent a lovely week here in February. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a large, pleasant terrace. Nothing was missing, and the owner is very friendly. She speaks Portuguese and excellent English. There's private parking around the corner. We'd be happy to stay here again next time we're in Santa Maria.

The owner was accommodating and always available, and there are shops and parking nearby. The house is in a great location, very clean, and has all the necessary amenities and towels, including beach towels. The terrace is lovely, and the beds are very comfortable.

It's an older-style apartment with modern furnishings, very clean and equipped with everything you need. For chilly days, there is a heater and plenty of extra blankets. The owner is very kind and speaks excellent English. The large terrace faces west. It's centrally located across from the church and an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the port.

The apartment is central yet very quiet, and it's clean and well equipped with all sorts of thoughtful details. Maria Helena, the owner, is charming and attentive. She even comes to pick up her guests at the airport.
