Nidos Accommodation Gaia

The apartment was a basic single room with a double bed, TV stand, sink, stovetop, oven and fridge. There was no sofa or living area, despite the listing mentioning one and showing it in the photos. There was also nowhere to put our things, no bedside tables, seating area, iron, hairdryer or cooking utensils. We had to buy utensils ourselves to make meals. The only place to eat was a small garden table in the patio, where a woman from the nearby accommodations regularly hung laundry. We ended up eating with her coming and going and underwear drying nearby. We had booked for August 16 to 30, but the apartment didn’t match the listing and wasn’t suitable for a longer stay, so we told the owner on August 19 and left on August 23, 2025. We asked for a refund for the unused week, but the owner stopped replying, and Booking.com could no longer reach him either. The listing photos appear to combine several rentals. I don’t understand the positive reviews, because they don’t reflect our experience this summer. My advice is to rent somewhere else.
