It's shameful that I still haven't been able to enter this facility, even after the government eased its restrictions. Our elderly people need touch and affection from their families, and we need that too. Since the first lockdown, visits have never been possible again. It's April 23, 2022, more than two years later. If it were up to me, my grandmother would have left this facility long ago.

I've seen care homes and private hospitals through personal experience, and here I found genuine warmth and concern for the residents' well-being and quality of life. The care has a family feel. I highly recommend it!
