The pool was the one good thing, though it was too hot, more like jacuzzi temperature. Breakfast was mediocre, and the price didn't feel fair for what we got. The night before, we paid almost the same for another hotel, and there's no comparison. This one was just so sad. We could hear everything happening outside our room. Before check-in, we came by to leave our bags, but couldn't find anyone at reception or nearby. Later, when we returned from dinner around 9 pm, the hotel gates were shut. We had to call twice and wait 20 minutes before they let us in. Also, no one here speaks English. If you have the option, I'd strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

It's a great place, a little isolated, but the facilities and service make it worth it.

The room was spacious, clean, and really nice, and the indoor pool was very decent. Breakfast had limited choices, but everything tasted good. The hotel has charm, and I recommend it. We had to look around for help because the reception desk was empty when we arrived. When we eventually found someone, they helped us kindly. Our room card was worn and looked like it might fall apart, so it should be replaced.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sundial Suites & Gardens. The staff were extremely friendly, and breakfast was plentiful. The directions could be clearer, and the room was quite warm when we arrived. We had given our arrival time, so that could have been handled better. Still, it was a wonderful stay.

The bathroom had spiders and dead flies, and the room had no light. Breakfast was poor and had very little variety. While my husband and I were resting in the room, a member of staff walked straight in. It was outrageous. The service was painfully slow too. These were some of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. The manager, Sr Fernando, kept brushing off the hotel's amateurishness and blaming suppliers or our “bad luck.” I can't believe the positive Google reviews I read. Maybe they're from staff members' relatives, because I can't imagine anyone having a good stay under these conditions, so completely different from ours. Too many things went badly. I really don't recommend it.
