I was ill during my 13-day stay in Viseu, and the staff cared for me so well and helped however they could. I absolutely loved them and genuinely can't praise them enough.

4/10
The staff were helpful, and the hotel is centrally located, close to both the old town and Forum Viseu mall. But after a couple of nights, I felt it hadn't met the bare minimum for a three-star place. The air conditioner was quite noisy, the hole and lobby smelled a bit, and one of our towels had a black stain.

Our dog was allowed to stay in the room, which mattered most to us. The service and accommodation were excellent, with good Wi-Fi, lots of big bath towels, a freshly ironed duvet cover, and extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. Breakfast had a good spread too: cereals, yogurts, different breads, croissants, jam in big jars, fresh cheese, scrambled eggs, and more.

The staff were friendly, and parking is available on site. Our room was clean and a decent size, with an excellent bathroom and a big bed. Happy to recommend it, and I'd stay again.

I stayed here during a bike trip. The hotel manager is nice and passionate about bikes, and breakfast was good.
