There’s a lot to explore outdoors nearby. You can get to Caramulo, and I’d avoid the highways to enjoy the scenery. The excellent car museum is there, or the more adventurous can climb Caramulinho. The Ecopista do Vouga is also close by, with easy access to walks through its beautiful landscapes. At the property, the hosts were kind and took great care of us. It’s near the edge of town, which makes it peaceful, though it still feels almost central and close to everything. There’s a grassy outdoor area with a great tent for shade and some wind protection. The pool is a small tank, well filtered, and makes hot days even more pleasant. A great place to spend a few days.

The garden is lovely, and the house is kept very clean and in great condition. It’s very good.
