Palau Carolines Resort

At night, it felt like sleeping in the jungle, with trees and flowers all around the separate South Sea-style bungalows. Our balcony had an amazing view, and we watched lots of different birds. Breakfast was delivered to the bungalow by hotel staff. With so much nature around, you may get bugs or little lizards inside if you leave the doors and windows open. The staff were kind and even helped us book a great snorkeling tour for the next day. Since the hotel isn't very close to Koror, a rental car can be handy.

We stayed in the luxury tent, and it was amazing, with great views. Breakfast was brought to our room each day, and they took us to the cottage by golf cart. The place feels really luxurious, and it was nice to walk around and see some WW2 remains. It's a little far from the centre, but free rides into town and pickup are included, and it's about 7 minutes by car from the centre. They can arrange a rental car and activities too. They were very nice and sorted out an issue with our reservation. The service was friendly, and the stay was amazing. This place should be at least 4 stars, not 3.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a stunning sea view. Stargazing at night was special, and I appreciated the birthday surprise. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind, and helped me throughout my stay. Thank you for the hospitality and genuine care. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Palau who wants beautiful views and a more private, personal feel.

We had the family room, which was spacious and really comfortable. The beds and linens were great, and the AC and WiFi worked very well. The view was beautiful. It would be nice to have a non-pork meat option at breakfast. The service was wonderful, thoughtful, kind, and helpful, and they went the extra mile to make us happy. Thank you so much!
