Really good service, and the security staff were so nice. Ten out of ten stars.

I felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay at Palau Vacation Hotel. The sea view was nice, the service was good, and the room was big enough. Recommended.

We could leave our equipment at the dive shop on the first day and collect it on the last, since the shop and accommodation are right next to each other. It made things really easy. The pier is close, there are shops downstairs, and a national park across the street where you can swim. They also arrange pick-ups and drop-offs for meals in farther areas, and the service was excellent. What impressed me most was how professional the shop owners were. They tried hard to avoid booking with other boats, so many dive sites were nearly empty. They even took amazing videos for us. ❤️

The TV has no internet connection, and there wasn't a remote. Even with my own device, I couldn't connect it to the TV to play anything. This morning there was no hot water for a shower. I left it running for ten minutes, but it only got lukewarm.

The place was clean, and the dive shop is downstairs with a very professional dive team. There’s a restaurant across the street and a convenience store below.
