The rooms are pretty simple, but the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good. I've got nothing but good things to say about this hotel!

I loved staying here. It's a historic building and well worth the price, with clean facilities, solid AC, a good shower, strong Wi-Fi, and such kind staff. Breakfast was a real treat: they make fresh eggs, and there's a wide range of fruit and pastries, plus delicious juice.

The rooftop terrace has lovely views of Asuncion, and Cirilo was particularly friendly and obliging. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. It's a lovely, atmospheric hotel in a beautiful old building, in a central and safe location.

I liked the old building and its character, though it's nothing fancy, and the location in the old town was great. Most historic sights were an easy walk away, and there's a large supermarket five minutes on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly. Not everyone spoke English, but that wasn't a problem, and everyone seemed to know me by my first name. I thought the price was very reasonable, too. The internet was very fast, and the AC was strong, which really mattered in the crazy summer heat. Street-facing rooms can be somewhat noisy during the day. Breakfast was average, with fruit, eggs, and cereal.

That terrace on top is a lovely spot to watch the sunset, and the breakfast is amazing. The staff are the best. My favorite hotel in Asunción 🫶🏼
