They play extremely loud music in the pool area all day, and you can hear it inside your apartment even with the windows shut and the air conditioning on. It's very disrespectful to the neighbors. What a trashy place.

We ended up switching hotels because cleanliness matters to us. The rooms are dated and run down inside, with hairs everywhere; they could really use a good dusting. The staff tried to accommodate us, but there was only so much they could do with facilities that are so worn and nobody paying attention to the details. The prices seemed high for the standard. One receptionist was very grumpy, while the other was very friendly.
