The worst place our family has ever stayed. The room they gave us had one double bed and two singles, but the night was the real problem: cockroaches were everywhere, including inside the minibar. The place looked badly run down and not cared for, with hygiene nowhere near acceptable for guests. Before we arrived, they had sent photos and assured us our booking was all set. Once there, though, everything seemed disorganized, and they had to search for the details to confirm a reservation that should already have been on record. It was disappointing, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. The bathroom was spotless, with toilet paper, shampoo, and soap neatly set out, and there was a wardrobe in the room. Everything else felt just as well cared for: the hotel was clean and organized, and the fresh-smelling towels and sheets looked almost new. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the room well, which made a big difference. Staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help whenever we needed something. We ordered a snack and were surprised by how huge and delicious it was, easily enough for three people. This was easily my best stay in Ciudad del Este. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the hotel itself was a poor experience. The photos give a misleading impression, and the rooms smelled bad with constant noise and poorly maintained facilities. The kitchen and bathrooms looked dirty, and food and coffee bottles were left on the floor. For the high price, what you get just isn’t good enough, even with the pleasant service.
