The location was good, but the staff gave me the worst service I've ever had. I went out for lunch for only two hours, and they entered my room without telling me. They said they were there to "clean," but all they did was make the beds. They moved our things, and some money that was on the table went missing. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the pool was dirty, and the air conditioner was broken and spitting ice. They didn't fix it or move us to another room, and there was no air conditioning in the public areas either. Worst experience we had in Asunción.

The rooftop pool and BBQ area are such a fun idea 😍. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. The food tasted good, but it was mostly sweet, so English-style breakfast fans might be disappointed. By the second day it also wasn't as fresh.

A really spacious room, with a sitting area, table, chairs and a small couch. There was a mini fridge too, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The location is great, only 5 blocks from the center.

The rooftop pool was probably the hotel's most unique feature. I enjoyed taking photos there and looking out over the city. Wi-Fi worked most of the time, and the hotel had good security at night. The price felt fair for what I got, and generally the place matched my expectations. They took credit cards, which I appreciated. My friend lives nearby and was allowed to park in front of the hotel. Even though my friend wasn't staying or sleeping there, they could come up to my room, join me in the breakfast area and visit the pool at no extra charge. That was nice. The elevators are very old and slow, and the doors are hard to open and lock. They probably need a complete rebuild. Finding parking in the area on a weekday is difficult, though that's more of a citywide issue, so keep it in mind if you're driving.
