The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned every day and kept in very good condition. We stayed for two nights recently with family and friends, and had a great time. It's affordable, the service is very good, and the nice warm pool was great for the kids.

The free breakfast was simple but filling. The room had a musty smell that took a while to get used to, and the water pressure was weak. I doubt you'll find a cheaper hotel in the del sol neighborhood.

The breakfast was nice, especially the German sausages, and the garden is there, but the hotel itself is a shabby, cramped mess. I stayed in 2006, and it looks like nothing has changed since. The small rooms had stains and smelly blankets. The whole place felt more like a hostel, with constant activity and noisy kids, including junior tennis teams from all over South America and even louder hermanos from Argentina. The water pressure was poor and the elevator never worked. The staff were almost as bad. I can't believe it ever got four stars. Asuncion has seen better times, and this hotel feels like 90% of the city, shabby and seedy. Maybe the cooking oil in the kitchen hasn't changed either, just kidding, but this place can ruin a vacation. It's a shame for the German community of Paraguay. In what is otherwise a very good neighborhood, this was by far the worst hotel. Still appalled thinking about the dump. I wouldn't return to a scxxhole like this. Not worth more than 10€. Thieves without a minimum of honor, and a shame how greedy they are, hoarding revenue instead of even replacing a sofa. Just eeeewwww 😐

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, parking across the street is excellent, and the two pools are a nice bonus. The staff helped with directions, money changing, food suggestions, and any other questions, and made sure I'd remember the stay. Breakfast was nice too. A great mid-range option in Asuncion.

A good place to stay while shopping without spending too much, especially with kids. The hosts are very kind, and the rooms are clean.
