Stay away from this building. Don't buy or move in here, especially not in apartment 8D. It's a trap. Consider yourself warned.

These small, mediocre apartments are sold at premium prices and are extremely overpriced. It's noisy around the clock because the building is near a main avenue and the materials are so low quality that even small sounds carry through.

For what this expensive building costs, renting apartment 8D for six months just wasn't worth it. The owners of our apartment were particularly difficult. There was dampness on the walls and water leaking in the bathrooms. The air conditioners made so much noise that it was impossible to rest or sleep. We talked to other tenants, and they said this was an issue in almost all the apartments. You can hear the bars from the 8th floor, and strong winds make the windows shake even when the apartment is fully closed. The worst thing is that no one takes responsibility, neither the building management nor the owners. They only care about collecting the money. A bad experience in a very expensive building that isn't worth it.
