We loved the hotel’s location, and the facilities were good overall. My mom and mother-in-law, both in their 80s, came to visit us, but the towel charge left us really disappointed and upset. They charged my mother-in-law because a little makeup on a towel supposedly couldn’t be removed and made it a damaged item. It wasn’t about the amount they charged. The situation ruined my birthday celebration, and she was extremely distressed because she couldn’t understand why she was being charged. She has poor eyesight and thought she had removed her makeup before drying her face, so I felt she should have been treated as having had an accident. When I asked for a policy explaining the charge, they only gave reasons about how expensive it is to replace towels. I asked whether they would charge me if I got period blood on the sheets, and they said no, that would be an accident. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or stay there again.

After arriving on a late flight, I slept well because the room was clean and the shades kept it dark. The front desk staff were great and helpful.

The rooms are tiny, and breakfast wasn't a good start to the day. I'd rather eat at the mall across the street. The “Best Rate Guarantee” also feels like a lie, since I found better rates online and at the front desk.

The only snag was the key cards. I had to keep getting them changed. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and well located, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely book it again.
