Milord Hotel Boutique

The breakfast got a bit repetitive, but the rest of the food was five-star. This is a beautiful, cozy little hotel, with almost everything on the ground floor. The rooms were very big, super clean, and everything worked. Staff and waiters were amazing. In the evening, sitting by the pool with the sound of the water and soft music was lovely. I'm glad I found it, it's just great!

The people were always kind and friendly, and they can make sandwiches or scrambled eggs for breakfast. The location is good, but the road right outside makes it very noisy at night, with motorbikes going by all night long. The rooms are all small, and there's only one small mirror in the bathroom. Secure parking fits just two cars. I only got one photo, of the stone wall at reception.

The staff member who checked me in late at night was nice and got me to my room quickly. I generally liked the hotel, though I have mixed feelings. My room was clean and fine for sleeping and showering, so it did the job, but a few things fell short. It was in a small passage beside the restaurant, with only two doors, one of them mine. At first I wondered if the single-storey building had just two rooms. The next morning I saw another building next door and realized this was only one wing. I don't know whether my room was better or worse than the other building's rooms. They provided a hairdryer, but there wasn't an outlet in the room that its plug could fit. Luckily, I had my travel adapter and could use it. Since the room was close to the restaurant and pool, I could hear people chatting late into the night, and even when no one was around, the restaurant music was already quite loud. Kids ran around the restaurant at night and shouted in the pool during the day, which made it hard to have a peaceful stay. Breakfast was decent. On my first morning I just took what was on display. It wasn't until the second day that the woman asked if I wanted scrambled eggs. The pool looked inviting, but when I walked over and looked at the water, I could see what looked like oil floating on it. I'm not sure how it got there. I didn't have time to use the pool, and after seeing that I wouldn't have wanted to anyway. I hope the staff can do a better job cleaning it.

It was a relaxing stay at this lovely little hotel. The staff were friendly, and the location is great, just a short walk from the beach.
