Teresita, the owner, was kind, respectful, and always attentive to how we were doing. The room was very comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet and relaxing. The property has a pool, a children's playground, a kitchen, filtered water, a fridge, TV, and Wi-Fi. It's in the welcoming, peaceful Los Laureles neighborhood, about 15 minutes from the city center. A well-stocked supermarket open until 9:30 pm, restaurants, and fast-food places are just a few blocks away. There's 24-hour security on the street. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Asunción.
