Ivan is the person who really stands out at reception. He thinks beyond the front desk, takes responsibility, follows things up across shifts, and communicates well with other departments. He focuses on guests' comfort instead of just applying quick fixes. As someone trained in luxury hotel management, I think his abilities are being seriously underused. Give him proper authority and he could improve operations and guest satisfaction throughout the property, and probably oversee cleaning too. Elias is also a positive exception: genuinely polite and does his best to help within his role. The aparthotel looks appealing and is new, which seems to be why it's often fully booked. But cleanliness and upkeep fall short. Cleaning is superficial, with areas behind the fridge, on terraces, and in corners routinely missed, even when guests specifically ask for them to be cleaned. Without serious improvement to cleaning standards and operational discipline, the place will deteriorate quickly. Communication is an issue as well. A basic request like fixing a lamp that doesn't work can be treated like a personal favor instead of standard service.

Construction noise went on all night, with concrete saws running. Then there was a rave across the street at the mall, and we finally gave up, checked out at 4am, and went somewhere else. They didn't refund the rest of my stay either. This was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at.

We got early check-in, which was lucky. The rooms were well equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent too. The pool, gym, and sauna are small, but well designed. The walls don't block sound very well, and the bathrooms are small. Also, the double beds are queen-size (French double bed: 1.6 x 2 m). Those things didn't bother us for a one-night stay. It was peaceful while we were there, with no parties or construction like some other reviews mention. For the price, it was good value. I'd bring earplugs in case you get noisy neighbors or there's a party going on.
