The rooms were a good size and the breakfast was good. I didn't have any hygiene problems, despite seeing other people complain about that. It's good value, with what you need for a comfortable trip and a good location in CDE. It can get a bit noisy, especially in the afternoon with traffic and shops, but so far, so good.

They have two different places to eat, with open buffet meals served by the plate and a choice of options. I saw workers from around the area having lunch there. It's really cheap: with drinks, we paid 50 real, I think around 5 dollars each, more or less.

The receptionist moved us to a room where the AC worked, and the dirty water cleared up after a while. Maybe the construction outside was causing it. The rooms were okay, but the AC hadn't worked in ours and the water was dirty.

The staff were good and aren't responsible for the room's problems. But if cockroaches, a sink underneath the shower, an uneven floor, broken things, and a bad smell don't bother you, stay there.

We ended up leaving because they didn't have another room big enough for our party. The staff were helpful and very apologetic, but I disliked the room: the A/C didn't work well and the fan didn't work at all.
