I liked how friendly the staff were, though as an American I don't always have middle-of-the-road standards. I was in room 416. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, but the password didn't work. I could connect at the front desk, then got disconnected when I went back to my room and couldn't log in again. The same problem was still there the next morning. The TV picture was grainy on every channel I tried, and there weren't any English-language channels. I would have expected at least CNN World.

The restaurant, location, service, and rooms were all excellent.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant food and cocktails were tasty and well priced too. For the cost, I was really happy with the spotless room, comfortable bed, good shower, and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were super friendly, and having a pool, sauna, and gym was a nice bonus.

The noise made it impossible to get the restful stay I expected. They held parties by the pool every night, with loud music and people carrying on into the early hours, Sundays included. I understand hotels host events, but there was little consideration for guests trying to sleep, and it really affected my experience and sleep quality. Disappointing. Close the hotel and open a disco!

The rooms felt new and clean, with good quality facilities. We got very nice service from the people there, and the open grounds with a pool and music were pleasant. The restaurant inside was nice too, and breakfast was great on the weekend.
