After a long day walking around and shopping, this place was a beautiful, clean spot to come back to. Really amazing.

There was plenty of space in the room, which was nice and had a really comfortable bed. The building was clean and attractive, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. A mini fridge and electric kettle were provided. Breakfast had a good spread, though not many vegetarian choices. The Wi-Fi in my room was very weak, so watching anything on the T.V. was difficult.

The location is very good and breakfast was okay. The rooms were decent and fairly clean, and the staff seemed fairly nice. But I wouldn't stay here again because the internet was so unreliable. When I booked, free internet was promised, yet in room 415 it was mostly unavailable, dropping in and out constantly. It's 2025, and hotels can provide internet in every room. I need internet when I travel, even if that makes me one of those rare (!?!?) people, so I felt the hotel had broken its agreement with me. This place is expensive by Paraguay standards, around $100 or more per night, which makes unreliable internet at a hotel with little value feel crazy. The shower took about 7 minutes to get hot, and then the hot water came and went. At check-in and check-out, staff didn't seem to listen closely. I said slowly, “I used one bottle of water from my mini bar,” and got the reply in good English, “did you use the mini bar?” It felt like talking to a bot or someone who wasn't paying attention. I was your human customer, please hear what I just said. That was weird. In the last few months, we've stayed at dozens of hotels for half the price, and every one gave us free bottles of water. Here, you pay for everything, and it's not cheap.
