The kitchen was the main letdown. There was no frying pan, kettle, or cooking utensils, not even a potato masher. We asked for a kettle but got no response. The cutlery drawer had forks, spoons, and a few other things, but only one knife for the three of us, along with a steak knife and a utility knife. There wasn't even a placemat or tablecloth. The toilet was dirty, though they fixed it right away after we complained, and we also asked them to replace one sheet. Everything else was fine. The apartment itself is very nice, with good beds, excellent Wi-Fi, air conditioners that work very well, a fantastic refrigerator, and convenient parking. The building is quiet and has 24-hour security. The neighborhood is fantastic, close to shopping centers.

The terrace was a lovely bonus, and the neighborhood felt beautiful and secure. It was also really comfortable and close to the shopping centers. Everything worked out perfectly, with excellent service.

The reception team were so welcoming and attentive, especially the night shift guy, who was a genius. We’re really grateful for his excellent service. The building itself is beautiful too, with spectacular views.
