Bella Vista Hotel

Excellent.

Breakfast was the best part of our one-night stay. The room looked very nice, but it had a musty smell that kept us from sleeping well. The air conditioning didn't work properly either. When we asked for help, they just told us to turn it off and back on, as if that were a normal issue. Without the breakfast, we wouldn't come back.

From the top floor, there are good city views, and there's also a meeting room, games, and a pool up there. The hotel is in a handy spot on the avenue and is generally quiet. Breakfast is excellent. The room was quite nice, though it could be cleaner, and the air conditioners need replacing. Room service and the restaurant were a bit slow and could use more staff.

The staff were excellent, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The location is good, too. But I wish the room had windows. It made me feel boxed in, and there was a musty smell from the lack of ventilation. The bathroom flooded when I showered, the exhaust fan was very noisy, the toilet was awkward to use, and the towels were very old. Breakfast could be better as well. Improving these details would make me more likely to return. Thanks, and best of luck!
