The pool was green, dirty, and disgusting. I asked many times for it to be cleaned, but nobody did it. I chose this hotel because I wanted a pool, so I was really disappointed. This is the last time I’ll stay here.

The rooms are comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature are great. The morning buffet is delicious, and honestly, I’d come just for the coffee.

Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, and the food and drink prices were really reasonable for a hotel. The pool and restaurant are on the 8th floor, with great city views. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with great rooms and very friendly staff. I’d absolutely recommend it.

8/10
The breakfast buffet was huge, delicious, and really high quality, and our room was spacious with a view across Encarnacion from the 7th floor. The hotel was clean, though the decor felt a bit over the top. What kept me from giving Luxsur five stars was the strange feeling in the lobby. Apart from one person I assume was the manager, staff rarely said hello or acknowledged us coming and going. We felt awkward asking them things or even saying good night. Still, our stay was really pleasant.

The food was barely edible, and the rooms were only somewhat clean. A lot of what was meant to be included wasn't there, which felt incredibly misleading. When I had to leave the country and tried to get a refund, they did all they could to stop it and keep my money, leaving me in a lurch. Stay somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.
