Carnaval Hotel Casino

The pools were a big part of our stay: there’s an outdoor one and a well-kept indoor pool with a hot tub. We also tried the saunas and massages. The 15-minute welcome massage is included, and you can add more, though it’s expensive. Still, handy if you’d rather stay at the hotel. We spent two nights there over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was super peaceful. The restaurant was spotless, the food was well prepared, and I loved the menu. Our room had two king beds and a clean, modern bathroom. Service was very good, with polite staff. We’ll definitely stay at carnaval next time we’re in Encarnación.

The staff were very kind and professional, and the amenities were clean. Wi-Fi is free. Check-in involved a lot of paperwork, though, and the staff only speak Spanish.

Breakfast was good, and there’s enough parking space for PickUps on the second sub-deck. The hotel is clean and modern, with very polite staff.

I expected better quality and more care. Breakfast had no green salad or vegetables, and the view from the window was really boring.
