The place was quiet and close to the bus station. Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

For 250 for two adults and one child, this was a super good deal. It has parking and a good location, plus breakfast, a clean room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and TV. It lives up to its three stars.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel is conveniently located for getting to Shopping Paris. Breakfast looked quite simple, though I can't really comment since I didn't have any. Maintenance around the hotel needs attention. The inside and outside paint are in poor shape, with several mold spots on the room ceiling and mold on the PVC bathroom ceiling too. They need to deal with insects as well: there were lots of little flies in the bathroom and mosquitoes in the room.
