Posada Maria

Maria gave great service during my two-night stay in January. The rooms were large, clean, and basic, with everything I needed. Each floor has a nice shared space with a fridge and AC, and there’s a beautiful pool. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant does simple meals. It’s also a short walk to the Mission for the evening light show.

The posada is the best in the area, with a good breakfast, and I’d recommend it. The taxi they arrange is a bit pricey, though. Especially at 40 degrees outside, the car was very hot because it had no AC.

A quiet, comfortable little hotel run by a family, with good dinner choices and a great breakfast buffet. I especially liked the homemade bread and jams. It’s perfectly placed for visiting the ruins, and I highly recommend it.

I always look forward to coming back after staying here several times. The outdoor areas are nicely decorated, with lots of places to sit and relax, and the staff are friendly. Rooms are very clean and well appointed, with hot showers and good water pressure. They provide clean towels every day. Breakfast is incredible, with fruit, vegetables, eggs, meat, and homemade jam. Dinner is served in a cozy dining room, and the location is excellent.
