The included breakfast is basic, and the staff are consistently great, always trying to help with whatever you need. Room types differ quite a bit: our first booking was for the cheapest option in Bloque B, which felt more like a hostel or motel and wasn't very comfortable. After two days, we paid to upgrade to a nicer room in bloque A, and that one was very nice.

The adjacent restaurant Ña China is popular with locals, and the food is good and inexpensive. The hotel itself is a traditional place in downtown Villarrica, about 500mts from the main square and 300mts from the bus station. Rooms are quite basic, with no frills. Ballrooms surround it, so weekends could be noisy.
