We had a lovely visit to Sraidan Restaurant and will definitely return. Rayen, our waiter, was cooperative and gave excellent service, making us feel welcome and well looked after. The atmosphere was warm, and the food was excellent. We tried the seafood platter and seafood soup, and both were full of flavor and absolutely amazing.

The room service team responded quickly and paid close attention, and housekeeping cleaned thoroughly every day. My room stayed fresh and hygienic throughout my four days at Time Roko Hotel in Al Wakra. The room's complimentary tea and coffee were also well stocked, a nice touch. The area is peaceful and works well for families. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Doha City, so it's a short drive away, but the relaxing atmosphere and comfortable rooms made the distance worth it. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.

During my stay at Time Rako Hotel, Al Wakra, from 2nd December till date, Mr. Naresh at the restaurant made a real difference. He's polite, attentive, and professional, and always checks that guests are comfortable and have what they need. His positive attitude and warm smile made dining a better experience. I appreciate his excellent service, and he's a great asset to the hotel.

I've stayed at almost all the hotels in Qatar, and the service here was amazing. Housekeeping was ready to tidy the room the way we wanted and didn't hesitate to help. We got a very warm welcome, with a lovely smile from the security staff member from Kenya. I also remember Medzo restaurant staff Mr Abdul khader and Naresh, who served us in a friendly way. Looking forward to coming back for a staycation. I recommend it to everyone.
