The location is handy, close to Vendome Mall and Fairmont. Two convenience stores nearby have just about everything you might need, and there’s also a restaurant, tea shop, pharmacy, and even a nightclub in the area. The rooms are spacious, consistently clean, and smell fresh, which I really value when I travel often. Breakfast was decent. It leaned more toward Indian and Qatari food, though there were a few American choices too. The kids enjoyed the stay, and I was especially pleased with Ya Min’s housekeeping. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept every day, and her friendly, professional manner added to the experience. The reception staff were accommodating, both in the daytime and especially the night duty receptionist. The security officers were friendly and helpful as well, and their approachable professionalism helped me feel safe and looked after. A comfortable, pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Cielo hotel is really nice and beautiful. The staff were wonderful, and I want to thank all the housekeepers for keeping my room clean and making sure I had everything I needed. Our cleaner, mr pannala, was pleasant and paid close attention to details. I really appreciate it, thank you pannalal.

We stayed at Cielo Lusail Qatar for 27 nights, with two rooms for our family of six. The hospitality and service were so professional and helpful that we were amazed. We all enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Qatar. The staff deserve a special mention, especially the day Manager Mr. Armaan, night staff Mr, Sherkhan and Ms. Love. For room service and housekeeping, thank you Mr. Dil Kumar for your excellent, professional service and for making our stay so memorable. Thank You Mr. Dil. ❤️

Our whole event management team stayed at Ceilo, and we had a really good experience. Arman and Mallick from the sales team were very cooperative. Ya-min from housekeeping was such a sweet lady, always smiling, active, and doing a top knotch job.
