We found the apartment spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, and the staff were courteous and very helpful. The area was quiet but still gave us easy access to the major landmarks. The hotel and room furnishings were very good, and the stay felt luxurious without costing too much. I’d give it 100/10.

We had a great family stay at Al Liwan Residence from 24th to 29th September 2025. My wife and I were there with our two young children, ages 3 and 5, and booked through Booking.com (Booking ID: 6844943060). The apartment was roomy, clean, and well equipped, with a kitchenette that made preparing food for the kids easy. The bathrooms were spotless, and hygiene throughout was excellent. The pool was clean, safe, and well maintained, and a lovely place to relax together. We also felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Reception, housekeeping, security, and pool maintenance staff were all warm and professional. A special mention to the security team, whose friendly smiles and respectful manner made us feel safe and at home. Al Liwan Residence made the stay memorable, and we’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place.

The suite had plenty of space, but maintenance let it down. There were dirty marks on the kitchen sink, the marble countertop was broken, and no table spoons were provided. Water pooled on the bathroom floor because drainage was poor in both the shower and toilet. The flush also only worked if you kept holding the button the whole time, which wasn’t ideal. The staff stayed polite and respectful throughout, and the swimming pool was clean and well cared for. With some maintenance improvements, the place could be much better.

The service was top notch, and the hotel and apartments are beautiful and well kept. It felt like the kind of experience you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and the room was lovely, with lots of amenities. The staff were so friendly and helpful 🥰. The pool was closed during our December visit 🤷🏽♀️, but I love this place and will definitely come back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
