The fire alarm goes off falsely too often and is a nuisance. There isn’t a proper security guard during the day, and maintenance takes too long to fix even simple issues.

Maintenance issues are never looked into, and customer service is poor. Dream Property manages this place, and both maintenance and service are a total disaster. They never seem to care about anything on the property. Not recommended at all. Zero stars.

I’ve been here for 18 months, and the drop in service since management shifted from Holiday Villa to Dream Property has been really disappointing. The renewal contract no longer includes housekeeping, maintenance takes much longer, and basic problems often get ignored. The internet is the worst part. It’s extremely slow and unreliable, so I can’t even stream a movie. I’ve reported it several times, but nobody seems to care. There’s also an “Administrative Closure” notice at the entrance, which raises serious questions about the current management and operations. This place used to be much better.

I’m sorry to edit my earlier post, but since management changed recently, the quality we used to get here is gone. Room service is a mess, towels and bedsheets aren’t replaced, and repairs take a long time now. I can’t recommend it anymore. 😔
