Concorde Hotel Doha

The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional the whole time. I spent one night at the hotel and had a truly wonderful stay. The food was excellent too, fresh, full of flavor, and nicely presented.

I was stranded and couldn’t get into the accommodation I’d booked. Ibrahiem and the team showed exceptional hospitality. Ibrahiem arranged a room for a few hours from 7am so I could freshen up and get some much-needed sleep. Shukr for your help.

The front desk team made a great impression right from check-in, sharing local suggestions that weren’t just tourist traps. They pointed us to Sand Castle tourism, and exploring Doha with them turned out to be the best choice of our trip. Our guide, Hanish, was courteous and knew a lot. He was also a fantastic photographer, finding the right light and angles at each stop and taking lovely photos of us all day. We could enjoy the moments together while he captured them. He made sure we were comfortable and never rushed. It felt more like exploring with a local friend who cared about our experience than taking a formal tour.

The room and food were good, but Mr. Fahad at reception really let us down. My wife and I were there with our two infants, and I asked him a couple of times for a connector because my charger didn’t fit the room socket. He told me to charge my phone by the reception instead. I explained that it would be hard for my wife to manage both children alone in the room, but he still didn’t help. While I waited for the phone to charge, I saw him being rude to other guests too. On my way back to the room, I saw a housekeeping staff member nearby and asked her for a connector. She gave me one right away.
