Retaj Baywalk Residence

I’ve stayed at Retaj Baywalk Residence for both short and long visits, and in different capacities. I’ve tried plenty of hotels around Doha, including Fairmont, but Lok at Baywalk reception is what really stands out. He’s professional, approachable, kind, and friendly, and made us feel valued. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and well trained who truly cares about guest satisfaction.

The only thing we missed in the apartment was dish soap and a sponge, which would have helped during a longer stay. Otherwise, we had a very good time at Retaj Baywalk Residence. The apartment was spacious, modern, and clean, in a quiet waterfront spot with easy access to key parts of Doha. Pool and beach access were excellent, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful. It was comfortable and good value, and we’d happily come back and recommend it.

It’s easy to get to Madina Centre and Viva Bahriya Beach from the residence, so shopping and time by the sea are both convenient. The facilities cover a lot: sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and a fully equipped gym, plus a game room with table tennis and pool for adults and families. There’s also a well maintained padel court for anyone who enjoys sports. The staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help, and their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Retaj Baywalk Residence offers comfort, luxury, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it for a stay or longer living experience. The staff are very, very nice and professional.

Lok made check-in easy with his patience and great attitude, and was always ready to help. This was our second stay at Retaj Baywalk, and we’d gladly return and recommend it. The property met our expectations, was clean and well maintained, and the pool and view were gorgeous. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left.
