Green Garden Hotel

At checkout, I was surprised to be charged 260 QAR for a stain on the bedsheet cover. It seemed excessive for what should be a minor issue covered by normal housekeeping and wear. No one had clearly explained a policy with penalties that high, so the fee felt like an unfair way to take extra money from guests. Future visitors should clarify the charges beforehand. The hotel needs to be more transparent and reasonable.

I appreciated the hospitality at Green Garden Hotel Doha. The reception staff were polite and ready to help, and housekeeping kept my room tidy and very clean. Everyone was kind and professional, and the service was good.

A simple phone question turned into an uncomfortable call with one of the receptionists, not the Filipina receptionist. She raised her voice and didn’t seem willing to help, even though I stayed calm and polite. The conversation felt discouraging and unprofessional. Customer service matters, and I hope management looks into this so future guests have a better experience.

The room had no windows and the TV didn’t work properly. I’d also like to recognize the Chief of security and the house keeping manager for doing a good job helping clients. The ladies at the concierge need better training to understand what customers need. Management should organize the hotel’s concierge services better.
