The Turkish Hammam at ESPA at Mondrian Doha was excellent, with a lovely mix of tradition, quality, and relaxation. The spa and wellness team were welcoming and very professional. Andrea also deserves a special thank you for the hotel tour. She explained the concept and all the details clearly, showed the rooms and facilities beautifully, and brought real confidence and engagement to the visit. Thanks to the whole team for the warm welcome and service.

Mondrian Doha is beautiful, luxurious, and very well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. I had a great day stay from beginning to end, thanks to welcoming, attentive, and professional staff. The people made this stay special, always courteous and smiling. Mr. Ali welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. Ms. Aya was attentive, answered my questions, and organized what I needed. Mr. Firas at reception dealt with things efficiently and quickly, and Ms. Yasmine added comfort and joy through her kindness and attention to detail. The hotel is spotless, from the room to the facilities, and its central location made getting around easy. There was an elegant, professional atmosphere from the moment I arrived, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks to the whole team. I’ll gladly stay here again and recommend the hotel and its staff to friends and acquaintances.

Anas was a real help, polite, professional, and attentive. He handled requests efficiently and made things easy. He’s a valuable part of the team. The property is comfortable, well maintained, and has a pleasant feel throughout. Service from the team was welcoming and consistently professional. I’d recommend it.

Breakfast needs attention. The area was extremely busy, and there weren't enough staff for the number of guests. The team seemed distracted and moved around without actively helping. Near the end, the noise from clearing plates and cutlery got quite loud and disrupted the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Even so, Mondrian Doha remains one of my favorite hotels. I keep returning for the personal service, spacious white suites with beautiful design, and an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The Luxe Loft was stylish and comfortable for our family, and its location, ambience, and reliable service are why I recommend it to friends and family. This was our seventh stay since I first came in 2017, the year the hotel opened. We were there as a family for two nights, and I look forward to coming back again. Better breakfast staffing and service flow would bring the experience close to perfect.
