The shower is the biggest problem. Its poor design sends water across the bathroom floor every time, even though room service can come and sweep it up. That's still a pain. The bed is also a disaster, with almost no support and a deep sag as soon as you sit on it, let alone try to sleep. The apartment looks generally clean, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the TV has an amazing range of international and sports channels. Views may be good depending on which side you're on. But the building is old, and you can see that as soon as you reach reception.

The room, bed size, and amenities were all acceptable, and the staff were fine. It was good value for the money and in a great location, but maintenance was poor overall. The shower leaked so much water into the bathroom it made a lake, and the hairdryer didn't work.

The best part was how comfortable the beds were. We stayed four nights with my wife and our four children, aged 6, 4, 2, and 1, and had a nice family break with no real complaints. Check-in was very quick, valet was organized, and the cleaners came daily and worked efficiently. We had a spacious two-bedroom suite on the fourth floor. The view wasn't great, and some construction was visible nearby, but we couldn't really hear it, so it didn't disturb us or the kids. The suite was fully stocked with cutlery, pots, and pans, plus a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave. The bathroom was decent. The kids and I used the clean pool on the 21st floor every day. We seemed to be the only ones using it, which was nice. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to friends.

Apartment prices were very reasonable, and the place came equipped with household items and a full kitchen. Service was excellent, and the food quality was good. The online photos don't match reality. The indoor pool had several unsafe areas, poor lighting, and bad ventilation. The kids' area isn't suitable for children under four.

The facilities were excellent and well maintained, including a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. We had a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment with a sitting area, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Service was very good. An excellent apartment hotel.
