Kempinski Residences & Suites, Doha

Islam made our time at Kempinski Residences Doha especially memorable. He was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived, and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable. The property itself was spotless, elegant, and well maintained, with a peaceful, luxurious feel that reflects the Kempinski standard. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good hospitality in Doha. Special thanks again to Islam for his service.

We lived here long term as a family and had a great experience. Chau at reception was the highlight. She treated us like family, was patient and kind, and always found a way to help. She’s a real asset to Kempinski. Our four-bedroom flats were spacious and modern, with incredible sea views. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a longer family stay.

The service on the beach was excellent, and the room staff took such good care of us. The flowers were beautiful too. Dalilia in the spa was especially kind and gave perfect service, and chef Talal Zouhan looked after us so well and served the most delicious food. We’re having a wonderful, truly luxurious stay, with friendly and helpful people everywhere. We’re already planning our next trip.

Housekeeping kept our apartment spotless, well stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. We stayed five nights in a spacious, beautifully designed two-bedroom apartment at the Kempinski Hotel, and it really felt like home. The beds were so comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a higher floor with lovely views. Islam, Nizam, and especially Manish were wonderful, as were the rest of the friendly, professional team. The location is hard to beat, a short walk from the city center and 5-10 minutes by car from Katara. Free valet parking made getting around easy. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to families looking for space, comfort, and great service. We’re looking forward to coming back.
