Mr. Raise was especially kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The staff were respectful and friendly, always ready to lend a hand. My room was clean and comfortable, the surroundings calm, and the location convenient. The service met my expectations, and I’d recommend the hotel to others.

We had a lovely visit for the Ramadan iftar Tent. Ms Anu, who served our table, was warm and professional, always smiling and especially kind to the children. They were so happy with her attention, and it made the visit better for all of us. We appreciate having such a dedicated team member and wish you continued success.

The staff were the best part of our stay. Mr. Nimala, Mr. Maita, Mr. Rinku, Mr. Triptol, and the buffet chef from Srilanka all helped make it memorable. He made delicious omelettes and pastas, sorry I didn’t catch his name. Everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. We felt safe even with alerts about the war during our visit. The staff stayed calm and reassuring, which meant a lot. Our room was roomy, well maintained, nicely designed, and soundproof, so we slept well. There’s a heated pool with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. It’s outdoors but enclosed for privacy. Lulu Center is an easy walk away, and Hamad General Hospital and the Corniche are close by. A beautiful hotel with great amenities and truly wonderful people. Highly recommend.

I spent 21 days at Grand Regency Doha Hotel, and the whole team made it special. The food was delicious and everyone was friendly and professional. Lotlot was so kind hearted that she even shared her own peanut butter with me. I was touched by how sincere she was. Anu kept me company and became a friend, Danyavad to you! Thanks as well to Hasta and Moses for the wonderful service. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but the whole team showed great hospitality. Fantastic hotel with a caring staff.
