The Muse Hotel

The location is a great base for seeing fireworks around Lusail, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and modern. The staff really made the stay, from Eleanor and Nadi at reception to Mon and Tymni in the restaurant. The valet team helped with every order and delivery. Lucy’s and the rooftop pool are well worth a visit if you’re staying a couple of days, and the complimentary fruit and nuts were a nice touch. I was disappointed by Ne’a spa. Rose and Jessica were lovely nail technicians, but there wasn’t much choice of polish or products, so my manicure and pedicure felt underwhelming for the hefty price. I hope they improve the service to match what’s available elsewhere in Doha. The New Year’s Eve rooftop party was okay. It was cold, though they provided blankets, and the DJ played some good music. Food and drinks were available throughout. You can also walk to the Boulevard for the government fireworks for free. Get there by 8 p.m. for a good viewing spot. It was my first trip to Doha, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Lucy's rooftop pool and bar was a great place to unwind during the busy F1 weekend. The pool was warm, the skyline views were lovely, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The staff were attentive without hovering. Little things, like someone stopping by to clean our sunglasses, made the visit feel special. Amine was especially thoughtful and always seemed to show up right when we needed a drink refill. The food was some of the best we’ve had at a rooftop spot. The chicken burger had a crisp, flavorful breading, and the Muze Burger’s tasty sauce made each bite pop. Fries were perfectly crispy with Cajun-style seasoning. We also loved the Greek-inspired Feta salad, with shredded feta and a distinctive balsamic, oil, and sugar mix. We went for iftar yesterday and had a wonderful evening. The portions were generous, and the food was fresh, flavorful, high quality, and beautifully presented. The restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere and lovely setting made the meal feel special. Staff were kind, attentive, and professional throughout, and made sure everything was right during iftar. I highly recommend the place and will definitely come back.

In the heart of Lusail, The Muse is a peaceful and beautiful hidden gem. It’s well equipped and very affordable, with courteous, friendly staff who go out of their way to meet your needs. We’ve brought nearly all our friends here to see what a lovely place it is. If you can’t stay a night or two, treat yourself to breakfast or a business lunch at their fabulous Casa Verde restaurant.
