The lobby looked maintained, but the rest of the place was disgusting. The carpets seemed not to have been cleaned in years, and the sheets weren't changed. There was mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling, cigarette burns on the couches, dust everywhere, and only one outlet in a useful spot. There was no Wi-Fi, and the club noise at night was so loud you couldn't hear. The AC smelled of cigarettes at night and mold in the morning. Our requests were ignored, and there was no room service. We also found bedbugs, and a strange man stalked us at night, which felt unsafe and unhygienic. I can't see how this is rated four stars. See the pictures. Do not book.

The guys working there are good people, but the pressing service is awful. I've taken clothes in to be ironed a couple of times, and they came back wrinkled every single time. Avoid it.

The room faced the disco, so the music and drums were painfully loud, and the staff weren't helping. There weren't even phones in the rooms. The hotel was really dirty, with old, smelly furniture. A bathroom pipe was broken, and after waiting four hours for maintenance, nobody showed up. Just the worst experience.

They never returned my money. I left the hotel early and signed the refund papers, but seven months later I still hadn't received anything. Nobody replied to my emails or calls. The interior smelled bad and looked disgusting too. Worst hotel ever.

The room was huge, though a bit dated. The rate for a Saturday during the World Cup was very fair, around half to a third of comparable hotels and a quarter of the Ramada in the same building. The setup was confusing since Ramada shares the lobby. Check-in got messy in the World Cup rush, but night manager Abdul handled dozens of early arrivals really well.
