The delivery process for food or coffee ordered from outside the hotel could be easier. I had to call reception every time, since the delivery drivers couldn't go inside and asked me to come down. The staff did a great job bringing the orders up, but I didn't want to be tied to my phone, especially without a Qatari number when drivers called. The bathroom hoses also leaked a bit, so we had to turn them off. The comfort and cleanliness made me extend my stay in Doha. At check-in, Amal welcomed us kindly, and Ela was humble and down to earth. She was the best and made me extend my stay. Youssef was extraordinary, and I saw him working every day, morning and evening. The front door staff member Amadou had the biggest smiles and was the best. Please pass on my thanks to him, and to Clifford and Paul, who were all welcoming. Housekeeping was incredible and took extra care throughout the stay. On our last extended night, we came in to find a basket of fruit, flowers, and desserts. The staff member was, I think, named raju kumar khan or something like that, and he was very attentive. The attention to detail was exquisite. The hospitality at the hotel made a huge difference to my Doha visit, from the door to check-in and checkout. We were upgraded to a bigger suite, and the experience at banyan was very comfortable. The reception staff, Amal, Ela, Youssef, were exceptional and showed what a five-star hotel, or better yet the Service of Banyan Tree, should be.

The rooms had amazing views over downtown Doha, and the location made sightseeing easy, with the Islamic Museum and Souq Waqif very close by. We ate at the Thai restaurant, one of the best Thai restaurants we've ever been to. The lobby interior is stunning, and the front desk and rest of the staff provided fantastic service. Doha is a wonderful city, and Banyan Tree is an ideal place to stay for a first visit to Qatar.

Our group had more than 40 guests, many with hearing disabilities, and the team were patient, understanding, and helpful throughout. Even with the language barrier, none of us had any inconvenience. All the staff were kind, smiling, and gave us the support we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay. The service, room, restaurant food, hospitality, and location were all exceptional, making it one of our best hotel experiences. A special thank you to our cheerful, kind, and attentive cleaning lady, Latsme. We're very grateful for the wonderful hospitality and highly recommend the hotel.

Room service was consistently quick, efficient, and high quality, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were always welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. The location worked perfectly for us, close to Qatar's major attractions, with most places just 10-20 minutes away. I especially recommend it for families. Thank you to the reception team for the professionalism and warm hospitality, especially Ella, Yousef, Rashid, and Amal. Your service made our stay memorable. I had a wonderful time at Banyan Tree Doha and truly appreciated the outstanding care. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again.

We stayed one night during a stopover with the Discover Qatar program. The hotel looks stunning, with amazing views, beautiful pools, and very comfortable rooms. It took us a while to figure out the complicated controls for the blinds, lights, curtains, and everything else. Staff were friendly and obliging, and we enjoyed breakfast. We'd happily return. One suggestion: the wifi security could be better, since using one standard password for the whole network isn't ideal.
