Four Points by Sheraton Doha Hotel

The metro station is right across from the hotel, which made getting to work much easier, and it’s quiet with easy access to places. I stayed a few days with my husband and it was the best place for me. The staff are friendly, and there’s a very good discount for Marriot Bonvoy members. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful April in Qatar was thanks to you all! I stayed at this lovely hotel for three weeks, and from the first day you made me feel like a princess. The service was great, the pool and spa were lovely, and breakfast was nourishing. The team at Four Points by Sheraton Doha made us feel like we were somewhere kind and caring, almost like home. Everyone, from the bell host and security to the front desk, kitchen, F&B crew, and housekeeping, treated us like people who mattered. What I’ll remember most is how everyone was welcomed with warmth, whatever their race, ethnicity, attire, or background. Their attentiveness showed in the little things: bottled water and hotel amenity kits were offered with care, and they seemed to anticipate what guests might need. Their generosity was unmatched, 101 percent. To the team, I noticed you, and hope you noticed me too, grateful and inspired by the care you showed. You’ve set a new standard for hospitality. We’ll be back for the people as well as the comfort.

Mr Sajan answered all 100 of our questions with a smile, and we’re so grateful for his kindness, hospitality, and professionalism. The whole hotel team was fun, friendly, and welcoming, and provided excellent service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed and thoughtful details throughout. We also enjoyed the clean, well-maintained pool and steam rooms. Breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly squeezed watermelon and orange juices. The hotel is conveniently next to a beautiful metro station and within walking distance of Souq Waqif. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.
